HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS

BBT's individualized program is based on each player's needs. Small, intimate classes to ensure maximum individual attention which features: Tailor-made, 12 month basketball training curriculum authored by Coach Zacharias Parimeros one of the world's best in basketball exercise and skills coaching specialist. Twelve months of customized drills guaranteed to improve your skill level and raise your game to the next level. Twelve months of customized strength training to improve your athleticism and improve your performance on the court. A competitive interscholastic game schedule which allows for game competition against some of the top players throughout the country Calculated, individualized, college placement strategy with knowledgeable coaching staff. Exposure to Division I, II, III and NAIA college coaches

BBT's Three Segments of Basketball Training:

    • Pre-Season Training Segment (July - September)
    • Intensive drilling on the court
    • Heavy emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training.
    • In-Season Training Segment (October - March)
    • Moderate individualized drilling on the court
    • Moderate emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training
    • Assimilation into Team Concepts - Daily Team practices and Interscholastic Games.
    • Post-Season Training Segment (April - June)
    • Intensive drilling on the court
    • Heavy emphasis on strength, movement, and endurance training
    • Culmination of college selection process for seniors.
